5 TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY DURING FASTING IN RAMDHAAN(RAMZAAN)!
1.EAT BAKED OR GRILLED MEAT FOR IFTAAR.
:-IF YOU TAKE PROPER MEAL DURING SUHUR AND IFTAAR THEN YOU WILL BE BECOME A HEALTHY PERSON.TAKE ROASTED MEAT TO STAY FIT AND ENERGETIC WITHOUT GAINING WEIGHT.
2.DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD.
:-PLEASE DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD SUCH AS CANDIES,SUGARY SWEETS,BECAUSE THEY ARE IN HIGH CHEMICALS AND PRESERVATIVES.
3.EAT HYDRATING FOOD.
:- REMEMBER THAT EAT HYDRATING FOOD IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT MAINTAIN YOUR BODY ALL THE DAY AND HYDRATE IT .HAVING SMOOTHIES,FRESH FRUITS JUICES,COCONUT WATER ETC.
4.AVOID SALTY AND FRIED FOOD.
:-EATING FRIED FOOD IS EFFECT THE HEALTH BECAUSE FRIED FOOD IS LOADED WITH OIL.IT IS DIFFICULT TO DIGEST AFTER AT ALL IT GAIN THE BODY WEIGHT.
Balance your meal with equal amount of proteins and carbohydrate. Do not go overboard with carbohydrate as it is converted into sugar.
